Two things account for most of what reaches the inbox, and both have answers already written up:

• A particular video will not play. Almost always the uploader has disabled embedding, which no tool can work around. The questions page explains how to confirm that in a few seconds.
• The keyboard shortcuts seem dead. They are ignored while the focus sits in a text box. Click the page background first — full list on the shortcuts page.

Reporting something broken

Four details turn a bug report into a fix instead of a conversation. If you have them to hand, include:

1. The loop link. Copy it straight from the address bar — it carries the video, the A and B points and the speed, so the exact state can be reproduced.
2. Your browser and operating system, including the version if you know it.
3. What you expected and what happened instead. Even one line each is enough.
4. Whether it happens on other videos, which separates a video-specific restriction from a real bug.

Feature requests

Worth sending, and worth saying what you were trying to accomplish rather than only the feature you had in mind — the underlying problem is often solvable in a way that helps more people. Most of what TubeRepeat does beyond plain A-B looping, including the rest between passes and the speed ramp, started as somebody describing a practice routine.

Takedowns and copyright

TubeRepeat hosts no video. Every clip is streamed by YouTube through its own embedded player, so material is not stored, copied or served from here, and there is nothing on this end to remove. Requests about a specific video need to go to YouTube, whose process is the one that can actually act on them. If a page on this site itself is the problem, write to the address above and it will be dealt with.
